Natural sediment may occur. Shake well before use. Add 30 drops or a full pipette two times daily in a little water. Take for a 3 week period

WOW! Gentle yet powerful allies for rewiring nervous system responses

This bottle had the plant and fungi allies I needed whilst rewiring my nervous system after a PTSD diagnosis. I didn't realise how much I was in fight/flight until I took this; it was like day and night. I funnily got to experience that without a doubt the tincture was intercepting my uptake of cortisol. It just so happened I was applying cortisone cream for my Eczema outbreak at the time and within 10 minutes my itch came back after taking the tincture! I do not think my PTSD recovery would have been as gentle, effective and quick if it were not for this tincture. I now always have it in stock in my home apothecary as a nice-to-have for those emergency moments. Endlessly grateful.
